Yum! Though I’ve eaten plenty of caprese salad, I’ve never made it. After a last minute dinner invitation this week, I offered to bring a salad. Having only 10 minutes available, I skipped the basil oil and used store bought balsamic glaze. The finished product was so colorful and beautiful.
