What a simple and gorgeous dish! I have never previously had the courage to grill salmon. Despite that, I tried this recipe out for a special celebration, and was pleasantly surprised. I used skin on salmon filet and did not flip it, as per your suggestion. After a couple of minutes on the grill I tented the fish with aluminum foil, which unintentionally happened to direct grill flares into the foil, lightly crisping the top of the fish, which was lovely. I used your Northwest Salmon Rub since my daughter is allergic to soy, though I really look forward to trying the miso marinade in the future.
