It’s hard to believe something so simple can taste this good. We served the grilled veggies with the basil vinaigrette, and it was a huge hit with our whole family including the little ones. Thanks for making your recipes so approachable. Favorite food site ever!

Wow, these veggies look delicious. Whats your take on grilling them in a wood fired oven? I’ve been using my ilFornino wood fired oven because of the high heat, do you think this kind of veggie mix would hold up well in a super hot oven like that? I would love to try it out. Love the seasoning ideas too!
