Sylvia as always knocked it out of the park girl. I’ve been making baked potatoes most of my life. I would smear bacon fat on the outside and then kosher salt, but I never put it on the cookie rack which is the secret. Thank you for sharing with us, that was the best baked potato I’ve ever had in my life, and all it had was Kerrygold butter, exceptional quality sour cream and chives. delicious.
