I used a local spice mix that has garlic, onion, salt, pepper, dried tomatoes, red and green peppers, turmeric, lemon, and some other herbs. It turned out great! This will definitely be added into our rotation!

They did not get tender. Need to steam them prior to baking. Flavors were delicious though.
